· 工作时间之外及周日休息
技术支持团队的同事将在上述时间内向您提供积极而专业的技术支持。
技术团队需要留出足够的空间自我整理、总结、研讨和从事创新研究，才能更好地为您提供支持，感谢您的理解！

“五日技术支持服务”旨在帮助新用户、新品使用者快速上手产品，掌握基础操作方式。
该项目主要面向合作伙伴于收货后2-5日(工作日)内提供标准技术范围内的远程技术服务，直至顺利掌握所购产品的基本操作，并在技术支持中收集合作伙伴的反馈建议，排除产品质量风险。
